All the staff I dealt with were very friendly & professional. Anthony was very knowledgeable. Sam & Theo who did the work were great. My garden was left tidy, you wouldn't have known they had been. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends

We have used Bartlett Tree Experts for several years and have always been extremely happy and very impressed with their service and indeed their reasonable pricing. Tim, the boss, is always brilliant…..Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Denise in the office is a great communicator and friendly too. The crew are all good guys. Warwick is fantastic….great knowledge and skill….and Carl is very good too. Recently, Bartlett sorted out trees in our front and back gardens and i was very worried about one huge tree that needed serious pruning but I was scared that it would end up looking a mess. Tim advised pollarding the tree which he explained meant reducing the tree substantially....I agreed because I trusted Tim's expertise. Well I shouldn't have worried at all because the tree looks fantastic...Warwick did a superb job! Also, a couple of weeks after the work, I wished I had reduced one of the trees a bit more. I emailed Tim and he said no worries, we will sort it out. True to his word, within a week the tree was sorted at no extra cost! The Bartlett team are simply the best and we will use them again and again. Thank you Bartlett!
